Pastor 2 Pastor is a confidential community created exclusively for senior pastors and those who have carried the responsibility of leading God’s people. This is not a public forum, not a casual group, and not a place for spectators. It is a protected space where shepherds can finally exhale.

Every pastor knows the truth: unless someone has sat in the senior seat, they cannot fully understand the highs, lows, pressures, and emotional weight that come with the call. Pastor 2 Pastor exists because leaders need a place where they don’t have to explain themselves—where they can be heard, understood, and strengthened by others who walk the same road.

Why This Space Exists

• Some conversations require privacy. Our meetings often address sensitive topics—matters of the heart, ministry burdens, leadership challenges, and personal victories that cannot be shared publicly.

• Pastors need a safe outlet. This is a watering hole for weary leaders, a place to process, decompress, and receive encouragement without judgment.

• Community matters. Pastors often pour into everyone else while carrying their own battles in silence. Pastor 2 Pastor provides camaraderie, connection, and the reminder that no leader is alone.

Membership & Access
Because of the vulnerability and trust required in this space, membership is not open to the public. All pastors seeking to join must contact Bishop Leonard directly for approval and access.
